Once more, welcome back, Devon-fans!

This news post is about the Release Party in two days!

At first, a reminder that the Release Party is for *invited people* only! Just in case so that random bums and other youngsters won't come there, trash the place and leave with the police :)

The date is set for 24.4.10, the time's 18.00-21.00 (and might change depending on how much time we take to play :) )!

The setlist is NOT decided, because we'll probably just throw in the songs in any order :)

New songs include Psychosocial, á la Slipknot!

I hope as many as possible will come to the party!

There's not much anything else I wanted to say, just some information before the gig :)

Welcome back, Devon-fans!

This is just a small news statement, there's not much to say...

I hope as many as possible comes to Heavy-ilta in Zentra today! It starts at 19.00, and ends 21.30. The doors open about an hour before it begins!
We will probably play first, and the setlist is now decided!

The setlist is as following:

Devon - Aftermath
Megadeth - Symphony of Destruction
Devon - Shoot the Messenger
Megadeth - A Tout lé Monde
Devon - Leaders of the World
Metallica - Master of Puppets
Devon - Last Calling
Black Sabbath - Paranoid

I hope I remembered it right :D
There could be some changes, depending on the time we have left!

As I wrote in the headline, I'm talking about several gigs!

The other gig is the Altar of Torture Release Party in Hattula. This is scheduled for 24.4.10, but this date is not completely sure.

This is (as I've said before) a invitation party, so only people who get the invitation can come! There's about 50 invitations to go, so keep your fingers crossed! :)

We meet again, Devon-fans!

I've noticed I've started writing with a months interval, but that's only because it's easier to group everything from the past month to one news article, and because I won't remember writing every week or so :D

There's been some enlightenment on some of the gigs, and new gigs have been planned!

At first:
Hevi-Ilta in Zentra (That's Intro's new name!) is scheduled for 9.4, as it has been, and the runtime for one band will be around 40 minutes. We haven't decided on the setlist yet, but I guess that's around the corner :)

The Release Party for Altar of Torture again is scheduled somewhere in the end of April, and will have a 5€ entry fee, which includes the all-new demo! This will also be a invitation party, so without an invitation, you wont get in :)

The gig we were supposed to have in Hyvinkää was cancelled, because the organizers thought that heavy metal would be too loud for little children, which was probably right :) Shit happens, but let's continue.

We have two upcoming gigs for the summer, which are both mayor gigs!

One is Manamansalon Saaripäivät, which is a mayor gig composed of big finnish names, such as Anna Puu et cetera :) This is organized by the same guy that would have done the Hyvinkää gig, Kassu Halonen.

The other is the metal magazine Guillotine's festival, which is also a mayor gig for us :)

Both of these gigs aren't completely sure, but we hope for the best :)

Welcome back, loyal Devon-fans!

It's been a long time since I've updated the news, but there's been stuff going on :)

First things first!
We've recently had a meeting about Altar of Torture, the demo, and have decided a lot on that meeting.

We're going to shoot some pictures of the band members for the album tomorrow, and after that we're going to make the copies! I will update more on this when it's relevant :)

We've also confirmed two gigs in the not so distant future!

One is in Hyvinkää, which is private (so that's not a huge update for you guys :D). The other is Hevi-ilta 9.4 at the new Intro in the WSOY-building! This is a public gig, so everyone is welcomed to watch! There will also be other bands, but I haven't got confirmation on what bands it is, but they will all be metal bands :)

Oh yeah, and there's also the publishing gig in "Hattula" which is due for when the album is released. It will have a entry fee of 5€, which includes the all new demo!

More of the gigs, and the album release is due!

It's a new year, and new updates!
First of all, I hope everyone has had a great X-Mas and New Year, I sure did! :)

There are a lot of updates to the site, including the new Guestbook and some pictures to the Gallery-section!

The Guestbook is intended for every Devon-fans to say their opinion, suggest something to the site/songs or just chat about the weather :D

The Gallery has six pictures from Cut Circle Studio, where we recorded Altar of Torture! If you want to see more pictures, there is a link under the pictures which says Christian's gallery. You can access all the pictures, and some videos, there!

A lot of work is done, and the biggest updates to the site are done!
